• We will prepare the family house design
• We will provide a quotation in the form of an itemised budget
• We will handle the notification of the construction or the building permit
• We will lead the construction up to the approval (granting of the building use consent)

Atypical Family House with a Warranty

The work warranties form a part of the contractual relationship and are valid throughout the warranty period of the material producer. In case of an extended material warranty, we always provide the maximum possible warranty.
