Construction activity

The construction activity of the firm Stavitelstvi SMID s.r.o. focuses on the construction of both standardised and atypical family houses, reconstructions of various scopes, and heat cladding of buildings. The heat cladding of buildings and especially the revitalisation of panel houses represents the greatest proportion of our present construction jobs. We are certified for application of Sto AG, CAPATECT, Thermo+, and Weber heat cladding systems, and we are registered in the List of Professional Suppliers for the "Green for Savings" Grant Programme.
