Stavitelstvi SMID s.r.o. offers the building of family houses, villas and luxury family residences of any size. Throughout our existence, we have built a vast portfolio of family houses in Pilsen, Prague, and the surrounding areas.

We deliver turnkey constructions, namely according to our own designs but often also according to various family house projects supplied by our clients. However, the constructions bear remarkable individual features in all cases, which provide a mark of originality. Both the interiors and exteriors of our houses are adapted to match their surroundings and to comply with the client's requirements.
